Adult Aerial Classes
Aerial classes designed to give you a great full body workout, learn aerial tricks, develop high levels of flexibility and performance skills! The classes will run over four weeks and need to be pre-paid, they will be limited to four students per class. Drop in classes will also be available but charged at a higher rate, so book for a term and save. Fast track your learning, get help developing routines and prepare for performances by booking a Private lesson!
Aerial Silks (Tissu)
Introduction to silks you will learn to climb, wrap into beautiful poses and daring drops. An exciting way to get fit, develop core and upper body strength, flexibility and confidence.
Beginner Aerial Silks – Tuesday 6:00 – 7:30pm
Intermediate Aerial Silks – Private tuition only (please contact us to organise a time)
Aerial Hoop (Lyra)
You will develop strength and aerial hoop sequences. This course teaches you poses under and in the hoop with a big strength component for your upper body and abs, plus all over body flexibility and coordination.
Beginner Aerial Hoop – Wednesday 6:00 – 7:00pm

What to Wear?
- Fitted stretchy leggings that cover the backs of your knees
- Fitted top that tucks in
- No jewellery, belts or zippers
